Jada Bryant

This was one of my final art projects in high school. I was asked to paint a ceiling tile to put up in the classroom. I was told to leave my footprint on the school, so I took it literally. I photographed my Doc Martens and painted them. I started with painting a background. Then I applied paint to the bottom of my boots and walked across the tile. The color is meant to look like blood. Finally, I began painting the actual boots. I also took progress shots, this was the first time progress shots had been taken of my work.
